Where are the dogs kept?

Each dog has their own indoor heated or air conditioned 4 by 5 foot by 6 feet tall indoor suite. We let all the dogs out in their own 4 by 15 foot individual covered run for 30 to 60 minutes, 3 times a day depending on the weather.

Where are the cats kept?

The cat room is a totally separate room with very insulated walls and doors and you can not hear the dogs. The cat suite is 3 by 5 by 5 foot tall. All suites have windows and many shelves for a variety of viewing areas, they all love bird watching.

What does a typical day look like for the dogs?

All the dogs are let out 3 times a day at 7:30 a.m., 1 pm and 5:30 p.m. Each time is from 30 to 60 minutes depending on how cold it is or how hot. We feed them at 9:00 am and 3:30 p.m. usually with the food you provide. Playtime would be a 4th time outside, but in the large play area with or without other dogs for 20 minutes. All dogs get attention throughout the day.

Do pets need vaccinations?

All dogs need rabies and DHPP up to date. Cats need rabies and distemper. Kennel cough is not required, but does help to prevent it. The bordetella shot is like the covid shot even though you have it, does not prevent it. I have gotten 3 shots and still got covid but it only lasted 3 days.

What do I need to bring?

You need to bring in the proof of most recent shots and your own food for the time with us. Absolutely no dog beds, but a thin blanket or towel that we can put in the washing machine is acceptable. A couple of hard toys are fine and only a soft toy if you are 10036 sure they will not eat it. Treats are fine a8 well and if your pet needs pills, please provide your pets favorite way to take pills.

You are charged for the first day no matter when you drop off and you will be charged for last day if you do not pick up in morning hours.
